*In my best Borat voice*

NOT!!!

Ugh.

So.

After everything with Nick's work, involving Nick talking to way high up bosses (thanks to Dad), and them telling Nick that he definitely had a spot in South Carolina, blah blah blah. He just found out that...oh...those high up bosses didn't know what they were talking about, it's the HR department's job to decide who gets hired, and Nick didn't get a letter/email when he was supposed to. So as of yesterday, it looks like we are staying in Indianapolis.

BUT

Don't forget, that means Nick will be about 99% sure to lose his job within the next month or so.

SO

He gets to work last night and there is a letter on the desk from both HIS boss and that big high up boss over in South Carolina. Guess what it says?!?! Something along the lines of, "If you are wanting to switch divisions and work in Florence, Nashville, or Atlanta, just apply for it and surrender your seniority here in Indianapolis and you can move"

Seriously.

Nick is like WHAT THE HECK?!?! Again, it is signed by the guy who has already said IT'S NOT UP TO HIM!!!!!!

Oh, and the icing on the cake is that you CAN'T APPLY FOR THE POSITIONS ANYMORE SEEING AS THEY TOOK THE OPTION OFF THE ONLINE JOB THINGY TWO FREAKING WEEKS AGO WHEN NICK APPLIED THE FIRST TIME!

Sheesh.

Seriously, so we have no clue what is going to happen, still. As of now, I've stopped looking at homes in SC, and I'm pretending we're staying in Indianapolis. This whole thing is getting ri-gosh darned-diculous.

In other news, I have had terrible heartburn for the past 2 days now. Never had it in my life before now...not with my other two pregnancies, not when I have been sucking down hot wings this entire pregnancy (my lone craving...go figure THIS is the pregnancy I get heartburn with), never. I swear, though, if this kid comes out with a head full of hair, I'm shaving it. I love bald babies...both of my kids were bald forever, me and my sisters were all bald...I seriously think they are the cutest. I don't WANT to take care of greasy baby hair!!!!!

So. Anyone have heartburn while pregnant that DIDN'T result in a monkey child??

I had crazy heartburn with Brooke.. NOTHING helped me.. I was convinced she was going to have an impressive amount of hair! When she came out, though, she had a little bit, but not much--most of which proceeded to gradually fall out, and come back in very slowly. It was super soft, silky baby hair, though, not greasy. Honestly, I loved it. :)

Praying for you guys as you deal with this unnecessary job stress!

Lol...thanks! I will totally love my baby if he/she comes out with a head full of hair, I just have a really vivid memory of being in Jr. High and a friend's mom had a baby with copius black, greasy, nasty hair. It stunk and was all flaky lol!

Now I know I would make sure my kid didn't get like that...but the thought of constantly washing a newborn's hair gives me a headache!

I actually love how 'hairy' babies photograph, so maybe I should start praying for one! ;)

First off, my children are not monkeys! And they both had tons of hair after my tons of heartburn! I love the Aveeno baby wash for their hair and it was always very soft.

I got terrible heartburn with both babies. Ben had hair, but was by no means a monkey child. Evey had tons of hair and I would deem her a monkey baby. My heartburn was so bad with both that I even got it from water. ugh. I love her hair though, It doesn't really get all that greasy..but then again I bathe her daily. Bathtime breaks up the time after dinner and before bed...I need it.
