IGOTMYNEWCAMERATODAY!!!!!!!!!!!

The camera is AMAZING, but really and truly it's my lenses that are going to make my photos sooo much better!

The camera I got is the D300:

The first lens is the 70-200mm:

The second is the 50mm 1.4:

And I got the SB900 flash:

So I don't have alot of time for an actual post, but here are some of the pictures I took today with the new gear!
One of the very first images, I still hadn't figured out all the settings...(still haven't, but I'm having fun!)

Nicholas makes his appearance!

We had a family/my maternity shoot today (thanks Cory!) and afterwards the kids stripped down and splashed in the creek! It was in the 80's!!!
Little Miss Poutface...she did NOT cooperate during the shoot. *sigh*

One of my new all time favorites of my beautiful angel girl...

Aaaaand Mr. Smiley :)

The kids splashing under the bridge. My old camera would have left one of them out of focus, since you could only focus on one spot at a time!

ohh, so jealous! Cute pictures too, I was just getting so frustrated yesterday about the limited focus! RYC, Ben and Nicholas are just months apart I think, Benjamin was born 7.7.07

I use a Nikon D80. I'm currently learning how to do more photography indoors but I am still kinda novice at that aspect of photography. I'm learning a LOT about lighting through lots and LOTS of practice. Do you use any additional equipment when you use window light -- reflectors, white poster board, etc?
